1 cup sugar
2 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup canned pumpkin
Pumpkin Cornbread
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups corn meal

3 eggs, separated
Pumpkin Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup cooked pumpkin
2 cups all-purpose flour
